No suspects named in Daniel Island shooting

CHARLESTON, SC - Officials said a man was shot on Daniel Island Tuesday night a little before 9:30pm at the corner of St. Thomas Island Drive and Victoria Road.

The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office and Charleston Police Department are both investigating the shooting.

Berkeley County Sheriff Dan Moon said deputies were questioning a witness for any information.

There is no word on the extent of the victim's injuries. A suspect has not been named.
